The fees that you are quoting is for a full course of four years in the college. Of course if you are planning to stay in the college hostel you may have to pay extra for this facility. I am afraid what you are seeking appears to be almost impossible. This is so, since if you are going to appear in July 19 then results will be somewhere in August or September and by then admission procedures for almost all engineering colleges across India would have been over. However why are you thinking that you will fail? There is enough time, study hard, study sincerely and clear your class 12th with flying colors. Best wishes to you.
