In the HSTES application form, a candidate has to fill out the personal details, academic details, communication details, etc. Check below some more details: - Fill the applicants name - User Name - Password - Email address - Mobile number - Gender (Male/Female) - Caste Category (Gen/OBC/SC/ST) - Domicile certificate - PwD Certificate (if applicable) - The percentage obtained in the qualifying examination - Name of the School/Board - Annual Income of the Parents - Address along with the city, district, and PIN code. - After filling all the details, click on the continue button to proceed to the next stage. Apart from the CUET PG admit card, the following objects or items have to be carried to the centre:

  1. Drinking water in a transparent bottle
  2. A simple transparent pen (Blue/Black)
  3. Additional passport-size photograph to be pasted on the attendance sheet.

Test-takers have to submit one copy of the CUET PG admit card at the centre along with their rough sheet. Hence, they must have at least two copies of the admit card in reserve at any given point till the admission process is over.
