Welcome, Qasim The minority-serving Rizvi College of Engineering is associated with Mumbai University. These two of my remarks suggest or assert that the ranking announced by the Maharashtra government via the mht CET is the basis for admissions to this Institute. A minority institution is one where 50% of the seats are set aside for members of the group that this college was founded to serve. Based on their performance or placement in the JEE Mains, candidates from outside states that are not in Maharash

It is very difficult to translate % into ranks. This is the case since no one is aware of the number of pupils who fall within a few percentiles of each other or at the same percentile. Only the National Testing Agency has access to all the information, and they will definitely release it soon after the second session of the JEE Mains examination is completed. Just be patient for a few more days, and you will receive your results.

According to me go for BE agriculture as it provides you a dimension of engineering background and considered in many jobs as a preference. Also you can appear in GATE to get best of the colleges for Masters eg. IIT, NITIE MUMBAI etc.
