In many states, committees under retired HC judge have been set up to determine fees for private engineering colleges while fees of government colleges is decided by respective government's. You can as per amdened AICTE rule but better you take advantage of your Biology or pure sc7ence stream to pursue course like medicine/pharmacy/ paramedical course. Also the state technical council and university rule may vary. Few good option would be -
