It may be difficult you get admission in the first phase allotment itself to get CSE ECE IT with 9000 rank in Osmaniya or JNTU. Their cutoff ranks are very low.
Based on your caste, you have 60% chances of getting those colleges in 2nd round counselling/allotment.
