B.Tech course is somewhat more practically intensive than the BE course which is more theoretical. The difference (which is quite minor) between the two degrees can be understood from their names itself, Engineering vs. Technology. Engineering is a "Science", dealing more with theoretical concepts & principles.

You don't need to learn any language to learn JavaScript. JavaScript is a scripting language and is used in front end technology. Yes, you should have good idea about html and CSS.

BE is 4 years degree course and B.Sc Is a 3 years degree course. With BE you will get engineering degree and you can get placed in top Industries if you complete it in top Tier I colleges or Universities. Whereas, B.Sc is for those who can't do BE programmes, as the eligibility is quite low or those who can't afford to pay high fee for BE, placement wise it would be quite less and have to pursue a Master degree to get better opportunities.

You have not mentioned these marks are in which exam, out of how much max etc. Please try to give full information and then ask query. For MBBS one needs to clear NEET exam. Best wishes to you.

You can pursue B.Tech. (Marine Engineering) - Four Years Duration Course - from Indian Maritime University, Chennai. More Practicals and Placement will be good.

Hi, you should have cleared class 12th to take up architecture admission. Rules as per council of Architecture - Only candidates who have the following credentials shall be eligible for admission to B.Arch. Course.
i. Qualified through the recognized aptitude test in Architecture NATA or equivalent.
ii. Have gone through any of the following curriculum with marks as prescribed below:
Secured 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also 50% marks in aggregate at
10+2 level examination.
