Hello Nikunj,
You have completed your engineering in computers in 2010 and working for last nine years in IDFC Bank. Right? Now you are desirous of knowing which course you should take for enhancing your career. Correct? 0k. I would advise you to think of doing executive management course of one year that is offered by almost all the Iims in India. This will give your career of big boost. Else you can think of doing some management course, offline or online during your spare time and in banking and finance which are the related topics. Best wishes to you.

Both, class 10th and class 12th marks are to be mentioned, as the typical criteria is minimum 50 percentage in all colleges.

You cannot apply for Ph.D. after graduation. You need to have post graduation preferably in the same field in which u want to Pursue Ph.D. So, for now, you can do M.Sc.
