If wants to take admission in BE/B.Arch course in any branch, you have to give JEE MAINS exam in government +plus private college after the counselling procedure will be done by the JOSSA acc. To cutoff and your score u will get the college like IIT IIIT NIT government + private also. In this, you can choose branch as well. And also, conduct their own counselling's on the JEE MAINS marks basis + your HSC+2 %. So, check your state BE/B.Tech counselling also. Nab for many private and well known institutes, you can apply for their separate exams like VIT, SRMJEE UPSEE COMDECK LPU, bits MHT CET etc. Good luck.

The timings vary from one institute to another. It would be better if you contact the colleges directly for the information.

Yes, you can go for that. Many people go for it. But, may I know the reason of this witch it wouldn't be helping you much, rather than you can go for M.Tech in your associated discipline.

After B.Tech in computer Science, you can go for higher degree like M.Tech or MS and if you want to go with job sector then many good companies will hire you according to your technical skills like Amazon, Infosys, Wipro, Google, Deollite, Aon etc. If you do not want to do job in it sector then go for MBA for managerial job. Or you can do preparation for government exams like civil services, SSC, bank exams, etc. So, decide according to your area of interest.

Hello Dhaval,It is very nice of you to think of doing your MBA after graduation in electrical engineering. After graduating as an engineer, there are two routes open for a student. One in the technological field of going in for M.Tech or MS, and then subsequent Research and then a job. The alternative path is to do MBA, become a generalist and then have a different career path all together. Both these have equal votaries and both these have equal chances of success. In view of the foregoing it's your decision to follow the path which you feel is right for you. Best wishes to you.
