Some cut off have been declared, some not. You can check on JMI website and your entrance score is good enough to get to B.Ed.

Hi,
The minimum qualification required for entry into B.Ed course is graduation from a recognized board/university with at least 50% marks.
So, you are not eligible.

Hi, UPRTOU B.Ed entrance examination is conducted for admission to its Bachelor of Education Programme. Online application forms available from March every year. The apply link was available on the official website. Candidates will find B.Ed /B.Ed SE Entrance Exam Application Form link embedded on the home page.

You can follow DU B.Ed entrance exam previous papers .You can also purchase books, Delhi University B.Ed Entrance Exam Guide by RPH Editorial Board and Delhi University B.Ed. JEE Bachelor of Education-Joint Entrance Exam 2019.
