Hi Arvind,
For applying to M.Ed in special visual impairment candidate must have completed B.Ed Special Education (Visual Impairment) course with a minimum of 50% from any of the recognized institution of RCI. Admission shall be done through post-graduate entrance test merit list for M.Ed (special).

IGNOU B.Ed entrance exam will be conducted in the month of August 2018. Online and offline applications are available from the 2nd week of June 2018. Please check the website: www.ignou.ac.in for more details.
