Hello,
I am not really sure if foreign universities offer B.Ed course in the same way as India does. As per the details available on the wikipedia page, in the US and Canada, B.Ed is a five-year degree required for teaching certification.
In Australia, it is a four-year degree. There are two concentrations-Primary and Secondary. Based on this, you can appear in your desired teaching course.
It would be convenient to suggest some good universities that proffer B.Ed courses if you had mentioned other countries you are willing to study in. After Brexit, the immigrant students are not enrolled in the university courses that easily in England.

Sorry in Annamalai University, they will not grant you admission if you have not completed 10+2.
As per NCTE norms, regular teachers working in primary, middle, secondary or higher secondary schools in Tamilnadu, recognized by State / Central government, with a minimum of two years teaching experience are only eligible for admission into Annamalai University Distance Education B.Ed course.

MBA is Masters course which you can do only once you have a Bachelor's degree. B.Ed is a Bachelors course.
