Among the universities which have been permitted to offer the B.Ed course through distance learning mode are -
Himachal Pradesh University (Shimla)
Maharshi Dayanand University (Rohtak)
Punjabi University (Patiala)
Kurukshetra University (Kurukshetra)
Karnataka State Open University (Bangalore)
Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) (New Delhi). The IGNOU course is open to full-time teachers of recognised schools with two years of regular teaching experience.

B.Ed is a 2-year regular course offered by Ganga Institute of Education approved by National Council for Teacher Education and affiliated to Maharashi Dayanand University, Rohtak. Yes, the campus provides transportation services in all over Delhi.
