B.Ed. Course in general has Rs 80000-100000 fee for 2 year term. If you have question about specific college then mention it.

Dear kopal it all depends on interest. If you are interested in industry oriented jobs then go for B.Tech
If you want to go for academics then do B.Sc. And then higher studies. If you want a government. Job then you can either do B.Sc. Or B.A. Course to get a degree.

Admissions in these countries are not exclusively dependent on academic performance but depends on many other factors. In view of this, I would strongly advise you to approach an agency that is dealing with sending students to US or Canada for Masters.
