The cutoff ranks for B.Plan admissions in NIT Patna, NIT Raipur and NIT Bhopal under the OBC-NCL category during previous years have reached above 7000 during later rounds of counseling according to historical data. NIT Calicut and NIT Trichy along with other popular NITs maintain OBC-NCL category cutoffs between 3000–5000 ranks in the B.Plan programme of JEE Main. Some vacant seats become available during later counseling rounds thus offering you a chance to receive admission. Private universiti

The options include NIT Agartala, NIT Patna and NIT Hamirpur in which you can gain admission for the B.Plan course. Additionally, some state government engineering colleges and private institutions are able to offer B.Plan courses with slightly higher cutoffs. Hey here,

In order to get admitted into the B.Plan programme at SPA Delhi, one has to have a good score in JEE Main Paper 2 (B.Arch/B.Plan). In general, rank within the range of 300-500 in the general category is usually needed, which amounts to a score of 250+ out of 400.

The cut-offs have different levels from category to competition to seat availability; lower ranks sometimes are okay when the performance is in a good manner for the other reserved categories- OBC, SC, or ST.

For reserved categories: maths, aptitude, and drawing with maximum performance improve chances.
