No, you are not eligible to apply for B Planning course as you have not studied Maths as a subject in Class 12. It is very much important for you to have studied PCM which are Physics, Chemistry and Maths to be eligible for this course.

BArch is a 5-year undergraduate course whereas BPlanning spans for 4 Years. The career prospects are more or less the same.

After completing the 4 -year Bachelor of Planning course, graduates can easily work as professional planners for either public or private organisations. The admissions procedure varies for various colleges. A select few institutions provide admission to their Bachelor of Planning programmes based on the student's performance on their pertinent entrance exam, followed by an in-person meeting or interview. Various admission exams at the national level are given all around the nation. Bachelor of Planning or BPlan duration is a 4-year full-time undergraduate course, the minimum eligibility for which is a Higher Secondary Certificate (10+2) qualification with a minimum aggregate score of 50 percent with Mathematics as a subject. This course is not offered in Lateral Entry mode unlike BTech which is offered to candidates in Lateral Entry mode. Candidates who have studied Mathematics in Class 12th must surely apply for this course. After Engineering and Architecture, B.Plan is a very popular course among candidates.

Look over the fundamental eligibility requirements that are listed below.
- Students need to graduate from an accredited board for their 10+2.
- Candidates must get at least 50 percent overall in their qualifying exam.
