MANIT Bhopal's Bachelor of Planning (B.Plan) is a 4 years course offered at the UG level. To be eligible for this course, students must have 50.0% in 12th. Additionally, there is a one-time admission fee of INR 13600 that students are required to pay. This course admits 52 students

Yes, one can pursue an M.Plan course without pursuing a B.Plan course. As per the basic eligibility criteria for admission to the MPlan course, the candidates who have completed either of the courses are eligible: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch), Bachelor of Technology in Civil (B.Tech Civil), Bachelor of Engineering in Civil (B.E. Civil), Bachelor of Planning (B.Plan), Master of Arts in Geography (MA Geography), Master of Arts in Economics (MA Economics), Master of Arts in Sociology (MA Sociology), Master of Science in Economics (MSc Economics) and Master of Science in Geography (MSc Geography).

No, you are not eligible to apply for B Planning course as you have not studied Maths as a subject in Class 12. It is very much important for you to have studied PCM which are Physics, Chemistry and Maths to be eligible for this course.

BArch is a 5-year undergraduate course whereas BPlanning spans for 4 Years. The career prospects are more or less the same.
