Hello Banhishikha, Yes, You are eligible to apply for Bio Technical Science subject. The IIT JAM exam is organized for the admission into IIT institutes for M.Sc. And integrated Ph.D. courses. The minimum eligibility to apply for IIT JAM exam is that you must have graduation degree with the subject in minimum 4 sem or 2 years. You must have the deep knowledge of the subject to qualify the exam. Go through the complete syllabus and check the out the important topics on priority for the preparation. Yes, you are eligible to get good school from CAT exam. Graduation with a minimum aggregate score of 50%. Admission Process - Based on performance in entrance exam.

Yes. The basic criteria are to get 55% above in 12th standard. If you have achieved this score, you ca get admission in Amity University Mumbai.

No, students with B.Sc are not eligible to take part in any Masters in technology programme, be it from any university they come from. it is exclusively for B.Tech students and not for B.Sc.
