Considering you as a general category, if your overall 12th marks are below 60% but your aggregate PCM marks are above 60% (along with individual pass marks in each subject) then it doesn't matter since the eligibility criteria for Jadavpur University depend upon your PCM marks and pass marks in English.

Admission will start after the cbse 12th results and they will set the cutoff according to the colleges and categories . After releasing Cutoffs either you can apply through online or by visiting campuses . And the eligibility is that you should pass the 12th board by Science stream in PCB stream with minimum 50 percent marks. Note if you have both biology and maths in 12th then maths score will not be counted in minimum percentage . All the best.

Yes, you can get admission in Hindu College.
The eligibility criteria of Hindu College is qualifying the 12th with a minimum of 60% aggregate percentage in PCM or PCB.

You have to mention that particular course in B.Sc which you are looking for as there are many courses and they are having entrance exams on different dates.

The basic minimum eligibility for pursuing B.Sc in Nutrition and Dietetics is a X and XII qualification from a recognized educational Board with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as the main subjects at the intermediate level, with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.
