Yes, you can definitely apply for B.Sc. Honours in Physics. Most of the good colleges have criteria of 55 % for Physics and over all 50 % minimum. Go ahead. All the very best.

Considering you as a general category, if your overall 12th marks are below 60% but your aggregate PCM marks are above 60% (along with individual pass marks in each subject) then it doesn't matter since the eligibility criteria for Jadavpur University depend upon your PCM marks and pass marks in English.

Yes, you can get admission in Hindu College.
The eligibility criteria of Hindu College is qualifying the 12th with a minimum of 60% aggregate percentage in PCM or PCB.
