CUET is moderately difficult for some.  It does test memory using primarily your Class 12 knowledge in specific areas of Biology and Chemistry but uses Logical Reasoning if applicable. 
If you employ strategy through NCERT based regular work, along with a series of mock tests, creating a mental vision of the CUET runs through, majority of Science students can give up the major stress that accompanies CUET, especially if you compare it to NEET, while sounding simple enough it can take some control and focused study with practice to reach that mental shift.

On average qualifying salary package after completing BSc Cardiovascular Technology can vary greatly ranging from INR 2.5 Lacs Per Annum (LPA) to INR 4.5 LPA depending upon your location, prestige of the college/university, or the placement hospital. 
Private hospitals could offer you a better salary package in Metros. The starting salary for roles in Government might be slightly lower but they offer stability/assurance. 
Experience is a huge game/changer in terms of salary hike in this type of role.

College ranking is great but certainly, not the only consideration. For a skill-based course like BSc Cardiovascular Technology, you should look for clinical experience, up to date lab facilities, hospital ties rather than solely focusing on rankings. 

A mid-rank college, with great internships and trained faculty, can give you better results than a rank one college with inadequate infrastructure for allied health sciences.

In BSc in microbiology, you will learn about their cell structure, metabolism, physiology, history, their classification (gram negative, positive, types of viruses, fungi), and nomenclature. You will develop an understanding of how to isolate and cultivate them and identify them.

Applied microbiology teaches the application of microorganisms for human use. For example, how to apply better microorganisms for industries like food, agriculture, bioprocess, bioremediation, pharmaceuticals, etc. Applied streams of microbiology include industrial, food and dairy, plant and agricultural, clinical (medical) aspects of microbiology.

BOPEE Eligibility criteria states that the candidate must be a domicile of UT of J&K/UT of Ladakh. The applicant must be at least 17 years old on 31st December of the exam year and not more than 35 years. The aspirant must have passed the qualifying 12th class with minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) for Open Merit category and 40% for reserved categories. English must be a compulsory subject in 12^th class.

A challenge fee of INR 1000/- per paper is to be paid with the proof to challenge the answer key. There is no objection fee per question. A combined fee for challenging multiple questions has to be paid by the aspirants. This process needs to be done in offline mode. Candidate will have to send the challenge via post at the POS terminal at J&K BOPEE office Jammu/Srinagar. The application received within 03 (three) days will only be considered for evaluation. Any application received after result declaration will not be entertained.
