It depends on where your interest lies, both courses are good and have a great future.
B.Sc in Physiotherapy is an undergraduate course in science. The duration of the course is 3 to 4 years (depending on the University that offers the course). The cutoff varies every year according to the number of students applying for examination and number of seats available. It would be advisable that you get in touch with college authorities/official page directly for accurate cutoff.

Hi,
After Bachelors degree in these fields it's very difficult to get job in foreign countries but if you plan for further education and perform extremely well in your study and research then you can apply for job. According to me you should focus on study up to Masters and PhD if you are interested for research based education.
