You need to appear for entrance exams. It depends on college you want to get admission in. But, for sure you need to give your State CET and JEE exam.

You should contact your the nearest IGNOU study center. And ask them for the admission. You can also logon to IGNOU's official website for more information.

UK does not give any work permits. You will have to give IELTS exam as English proficiency test. Your academic scores should be above 60% to get into a good university. You will also have to take the GRE exam.

Yes. It is required to give some entrance examination, like CAT and then you can join and institution provides MBA in journalism and media. MICA is one of the good option you can opt after cat.
