No, if you want admission in the first round. At IIIT Bhagalpur, the first round closing cutoff for the BTech ECE course was 44609 for the General AI category. For other categories, it's even more competitive.

However, you can wait for the next rounds of counselling to be released, since the cutoffs do get lenient as the counselling process progresses. To know the round 1 and last round closing rank of previous years to get an idea of the cutoff trend, see below.

You can apply for the B.Tech ECE at LD Engineering College using GUJCET or JEE Main for the ACPC counseling process. You are eligible with your 48% in PCM as long as you are selected based on the merit of the entrance exam. To apply you will register for the ACPC Portal, you will then need to go through the counseling process, and select LDCE–ECE as your first choice branch.

After B.Tech in ECE from Sri Venkateswara Institute of Science and Technology, you may practice for jobs in electronics, IT, or conversation fields.

You also can put together for GATE, government checks, or move for better research like M.Tech or MBA.

If you're interested in new fields, you may analyze competencies like coding, records technology, or virtual advertising and follow for jobs.

The BTech ECE syllabus requires you to have a thorough understanding of the concepts, which involve complex theories and algorithms. This is where you need the help of reliable textbooks written by popular authors. You can find some top options given here for your reference:

  • Digital Design by M. Morris Mano
  • Fundamentals of Signals and Systems by M. J. Roberts
  • Data Structures and Algorithms by Alfred V. Aho
  • Power Electronics: Circuits, Devices, and Applications by M. H. Rashid
  • Introduction to Electrodynamics by David J. Griffiths

To get a B.Tech seat at JNTUA Anantapur, your required rank depends on the branch and category you belong to. Generally, for popular branches like CSE or ECE, a rank within 20,000 to 30,000 in the relevant entrance exam (like EAMCET for Andhra Pradesh students) can secure you a seat. For other branches, the cutoff ranks might be a bit higher (like 40,000 or more).

If you belong to reserved categories (like SC/ST/OBC), the cutoff rank is usually lower, giving you a better chance.

The college ranking is a key parameter for the selection of the BTech in Electronics & Communication Engg. course at a popular college. A good ranking is often synonymous to coursework credibility, decent industrial connections, networking opportunities, and better placements. Having said that, it must not be the sole deciding factor for taking admission to the college; you should also look for the academic expertise, course fee, infrastructure, and practical opportunities to enjoy the 4-year academic ride to the fullest.
