For the time being you need to wait till the time the situation is not under control and then onky the further processes will be followed accordingly for the admissions.

60% minimum marks are required for admission in LPU.

You have not written about the state where you wish to pursue B.Tech course. However, on the basis of your 12th marks you can get admission in B.Tech courses in the following universities.
1. LPU Phagwara
2. SRM University
3. Chandigarh University

The eligibility criteria of B.E. Marine Engineering of SAMS is; Pass in (10+2) or equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as separate subjects with a PCM average of not less than 60%
