B.Tech Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for admissions at Sri Ramachandra Faculty of Engineering and Technology for BTech course is that candidate should have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate.  Moreover, the entrance exam accepted for BTech course admissions is TNEA.

The eligibility of BTech at KJ Somaiya is class 12 with 45% and selection will be complete based on entrance exam. Somaiya offers BTech in 13 courses. The duration for the BTech full time is four years and for BTech lateral entry is three years, for better understanding refer the table below:

Banaras Hindu University offers a four-year full-time BTech course at the undergraduate level. Candidates seeking admission to BHU BTech course must have passed Class 12 or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology (PCMB) with English with a minimum 50% aggregate. Apart from the eligibility criteria mentioned here, candidates are also required to appear for the CUET-UG entrance exam to be eligible for BHU BTech admission 2023. 

A minimum of Class 12 is required to apply for BE/ BTech programmes. Check below the BTech eligibility criteria for SSRIT Chennai:

• A pass in HSC examination is required to apply for the BE/ BTech courses.
• Candidates should also satisfy other eligibility rules as prescribed by the Anna University and Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Tamil Nadu.
• HSc of vocational stream (vocational groups in Engineering/ Technology) as prescribed by the Government of Tamil Nadu.

To be eligible for the BTech programme at CT University the candiates need to have a minimum of 50% in their class 12 from a recognised board, with any of the following combinations: Non-Medical, Commerce, or Arts. BTech is also offered as a three-year lateral entry programme and the candidates need to take LEET exam for admission to the lateral entry programme at CT University. 

Glocal University BTech admission is based on a candidate's score in JEE Main. The course duration for the programme is four years which comprises eight semesters. The University offers seven specialisations under its BTech programme. Currently, JoSAA has announced the JEE Main 2023 counselling seat allotment results for rounds 1, 2, 3 and 4. As per the results, candidates can use the JEE Main Predictor 2023 to know where they can get admission.

Aspirants must pass Class 12 with a 60% aggregate with minimum 45% aggregate in any three subjects taken together with Physics & Mathematics (mandatory) and either (Chemistry/CS/Electronics/IT/Biology/Informatics Practice/Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subjects/ Agriculture/ Engg. Graphics/ Business Studies/ Entrepreneurship) with individual pass marks in both theory and practical & pass marks in English to apply for BTech at Brainware University.
