Hi.

Yes, you can study BTech in Germany, but the degree is usually called “Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng)” or “Bachelor of Science (B.Sc)” in Engineering, not “BTech.”
The programs are equivalent to BTech and accepted worldwide.

For German-taught B.Eng/B.Sc

12th grade with strong marks in Maths + Physics + Chemistry

Proof of German language:

B1/B2 for Studienkolleg

C1 for direct admission

Pass Feststellungsprüfung (FSP) after Studienkolleg (Foundation course)

12th grade with good marks

English proficiency:

IELTS 6.0–6.5 or TOEFL 80–90

No German needed (but recommended for daily life).
