Can we do m.tech in aerospace engineering after b.tech in mechanical engineering from Germany.

Yes you can. Mechanical Engineering students are eligible to take up such courses. If you need admission in Germany you require 80% marks and you have to masters for two years. instead you can do in UK which is one year masters.
