Hi Nabinesh Behera, German universities require 13 years education, this is the most important thing you have to know if you are applying for B.Tech. After completing your 12th, you have to clear IIT-JEE Adv or complete the first year of a Bachelor's degree to be eligible. You must also learn the German language because undergraduate courses are taught in German. Also, you have to take the IELTS.

Hi Aditya,
To study Bachelor's degree in Germany, students must have 13 years education so it becomes difficult for Indian students to apply directly after 12th. You can be eligible by clearing the IIT JEE Advanced or by enrolling into a BE/B.Tech course in India and complete the first year. All throughout your academic percentile must be very good. More than 75% is least recommended. TU Berlin, TU Munich, RWTH Aachen, University of Stuttgart, University of Heidelberg etc are some of the very famous universities of Germany.

Hi,
Polytechnic Diplomas are not accepted by German universities and are not considered equivalent to the German school-leaving qualification, so you cannot apply for a BE based on your Diploma alone. To be eligible you have to clear the IIT JEE Advanced. Please check the DAAD India website for details about requirements and scholarships and various funding options.

I think you can pursue B.Tech from reputed colleges in India and then you shall go for Masters course in Germany. If you pursue B.Tech from NIT or IIIT with high CGPA like 9.5 then it would be beneficial to get placed in MNC companies.

Hi,
You can apply for Bachelor's degree programmes but it's going to be difficult in Germany since they don't accept Diplomas. Take the SAT to study in US or Singapore.Take the IELTS or TOEFL for English language requirements.
