Pune have many engineering branches and the institute is having great infrastructure and study environment, if I tell specifically about the Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, it is well-equipped and have spacious laboratories and highly qualified faculty. The B.E Electronics and Telecommunication course aims to teach students the fundamental skills required to satisfy the needs of a growing economy incorporated with applied engineering aspects. The placement is quite good of COEP around 90% of students get placed and rest move out for higher studies or for startups. The recruiting companies in College of Engineering Pune are as follows:

Although only 55% students got placed which is very average, hence Production Engineering is not recommended for COE Pune. The college needs dedicated orchestrated effort to rope jn many more companies as the list is not exhaustive enough for such huge strength of students at COE. So choose wisely accordingly. out of 35, 29 students got core offers which denotes 90% students got placed which is very lucrative, hence Instrumentation Engineering is recommended for COE Pune. Top Recruiters:- Jayoee Grp, Ambuja Cements, tata construction, polaris, Essar, DLF, Mayfair, ZS Associates, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Box8, Larsen and toubro, Lodha Group, Bhushan Steel, Vessel Mining. The college needs dedicated orchestrated effort to rope in many more companies as the list is not exhaustive enough for such huge strength of students at COE. However, last year with huge faculty and alumni support, the placements were astonishing for Instrumentation Engineering branch.

Although only 50% students got placed which is not attractive, hence Metallurgy Engineering is not recommended for COE Pune. Top Recruiters:- Jaypee Group, Ambuja Cements, Tata construction, Polaris, Essar, DLF, Sterlite copper, Mayfair, Hindalco, Larsen and Toubro, Lodha Group, Bhushan Steel, Vessel Mining, GSK. The college needs dedicated orchestrated efforts to rope in many more companies as the list is not exhaustive enough for such huge strength of students at COE and revitalize its strategy to attract companies.

Mumbai is a one of the well-known engineering colleges in Maharashtra and is said to be ranked second in Maharashtra after College of engineering, Pune (excluding IITs and NITs). Getting into this college through MH-CET requires a lot of efforts too. Placements of VJTI are pretty good when compared to other government colleges in Maharashtra. For EEE department last time (2016-17) out of 64 students who applied to placements from EEE department 59 students were placed meaning 92.18 percent placement for EEE which is a quite good number. More than 55 companies visited the campus for recruiting from EEE department. The lowest package offered was around 3 LPA and the highest package offered was around 19.5 LPA. Many reputed companies visited the campus.

Talking about the placements of Chemical Engineering at IIT Madras is, almost 100% ratio is seen every year. The average package of Chemical Engineering at IIT Madras is around Rs 9 to Rs 11 Lacs per annum. Many Multinational Companies visit here and offers the good packages to Chemical Engineers. Companies like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Yahoo, Reliance Industries, PepsiCo, Glenmark, Wipro, Asian Paints, Sun pharma, Dr. Reddy, Zydus Wellness, Cadilla Pharma, Adani Group, HPCL, BPCL, Lodha Group, Samsung, Paytm, Ashok Leyland, Morgan Stanley, Bosch Group, Iffco, etc. Since Chemical Branch is best and evergreen, the placement ratio of chemical branch will also increase in future with good amount of packages by the companies. Talking about the IITs, all IITs placement ratio will also increase or the packages will increase because IITs are the top most Engineering Institute world wide so many companies will take part in campus placement at IITs for quality engineers.

The average package lies in the range of 8-9 LPA CTC. Companies like Amazon, Zomato, Pepperfry, Cisco, Oracle, Jpmorgan, Morgan stanley, Microsoft, Flipkart, Intuit, Makemytrip, Fractal Analytics, Relinace Industry, Tata Consultancy, etc. Recruit the students. The highest package goes as high as 30 LPA. Some international firms also visit here every year. Internship through college is average. Students who have a good GPA are mostly selected for PPOs and also the internship. Infrastructure and Faculty are simply great and college is accredited globally. It is ranked 5th among 'Best Engineering Institutes of India' by India Today in 2016 and moreover, Ranked 39th among 'Top 100 Engineering Institutes in India' by National Institutional Ranking Framework (MHRD) in 2017.
