- At SOA - School of Aeronautics, the B Tech placements are considered satisfactory. The institute reports a placement rate ranging from 80% to 85% for its students, with annual packages typically falling between INR 3 to 7 LPA.
- The School of Aeronautics (SOA) has not yet released the placement report 2023. However, as per the placement report 2019, a total of 129 students were placed during placements 2019. Qatar Airways, Malesian Airlines, Indigo, Bahrain Air, Jet Airways, Dubai International Airport, etc were the top recruiters of the School of Aeronautics during placements in 2019.

Students are allowed to appear for interviews and placement opportunities if and only if they have no arrears or pending papers. TCS employs a majority of the students. The presence of a large number of MNCs including Wipro, Zoho, Maventick, Infosys etc. increase student enthusiasm to participate. About 75-80% students are on average placed.
Considering the 2022 Batch, the highest package received was INR 15.14 LPA where the student was placed at Silicon Labs. Other major companies that appeared for campus interviews include Byjus, Cognizant, Tata Elxsi, Accenture, Aspire Systems, MPHASIS, Tech Mahindra, Capegemini, Tiger Analytic

Usually students prefer food technology against biotechnology, but still it depends upon the students interest and knowledge towards any of the field that he is interested. So if we talk about the placement at KAU then it is very good in both the cases, as the students hustle for their goals, so the placement cell arrange the recruiters accordingly. As it has a good record for placement so the university always seek the better opportunity on behalf of their students.
So set your goal and do hard works in both theoretical and practical studies. So that you can find yourself in a better company as you want to be.

As per their website, most of the students are placed in the Mass Tech companies like Wipro, Cognizant, Infosys, TCS and some in other companies like Amazon, Accenture, etc.
