Possibilities are moderate in getting into NIT. As cutoff rank for admission varies from branch to branch, year to year, paper difficulty level, number of seats.on past trends 13800 may be enough to secure a seat NIT but not may be course of choice.you may go upto last round of counselling for getting your choice of course and college.
Wish you all the best.
Thank you
