According to the official website of positive kanpur., the eligibility criteria for B.Tech Cs are: the candidate should have 60% and above marks in 10th and 12th ii) the candidate should have a valid score in upsee/ JEE main entrance exam iii) psit is affiliated to apjaktu, Lucknow. 85% of the seats are filled by counselling on the basis of ranking of upsee.

Both JECRC University-Jaipur and Jagannath University-Jaipur offer BTech CSE courses. However, I cannot say which one is better as it depends on various factors such as course curriculum, faculty, facilities, placements, etc. You can compare the two universities based on these factors and choose the one that suits you best.Although in terms of exposer and infrastructure JECRC university is better than JECRC college and faculty is more experienced in JECRC university. Both are the part of JECRC foundation and thus both are good in terms of placements.

The opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For the General category under All India, opening rank was 5365 and closing rank was 5374. The cutoffs are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 8323 and 8618. The last year 2022 cutoff ranks for BTech in Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering at IIT Madras - Indian Institute of Technology other than General category are - 3287 for OBC, 1796 for SC, 901 for ST and 1373 for EWS. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

"IIT Madras - Indian Institute of Technology will release 6 rounds of JEE Advanced cutoffs for admission to BTech. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:

  •  The JEE Advanced score of the candidate
  •  The category of the candidate
  •  The number of seats available in the course

Candidates must visit the official website of entrance exam to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counselling process, once the round is released."
