For a strong foundation in both:

• Mechatronics Engineering: Covers Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, and Computer Science, which makes the graduates have a broad foundation for assembling, constructing, and coding robots with artificial intelligence.
• Computer Science (with a focus on Robotics/AI): Provides comprehensive knowledge of software creation, analysis of algorithms and machine learning that is necessary for creating the “heads” of robots.

For more emphasis on robotics:

• Robotics Engineering: Specifically designed to delve into robot design,  mechanics,  kinematics,  and control systems,  with some AI integration depending on the program.

For more emphasis on AI:

• Artificial Intelligence Engineering: MSc specialisation that emphasizes the creation of intelligent systems and algorithms that may have implications in numerous fields, such as robots.
• Electrical Engineering: Electronics and circuits knowledge, which is important to the construction of robot hardware and its associated sensors.
• Mechanical Engineering: Is useful to revise mechanics and physical principles needed to construct a robot and to understand its motion.
