IIT Jammu placements 2023 concluded recently with an overall 85% placement rate. Other than this, if we compare the past year's cutoff trends for the premium specialisations such as CSE and EE, the competition to get into the institute has increased making it a better option. Other than these, the institute offers amenities, such as well-maintained labs, sport-specific playgrounds, etc. Talking about the infrastructure, IIT Jammu is one of the few IITs of its generation to have a permanent campus and not a temporary or borrowed campus. For more details, check out the verified students' reviews on IIT Jammu here.

To get B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering you should clear the CET Exam through Cap Round Admission with Less than 30% marks in MHT CET 40+ percentile in 12th Class and without cap, you can get admission by giving fees at College for that course DPCOE Also has separate Classroom for Mechanical Engineering students from FY to B Tech so students can take admission of they want. Also there is a Hostel Facility so that students can live there if anyone is staying far away from their homes. But there separate Fees for Hostel. The Fees is around 60-80K for the duration till College completion.
