For 2023, the cut-off was 5924 for General category candidates in the All India quota for BTech in Information Technology in IIIT Allahabad - Indian Institute of Information Technology. For female candidates in the general category under the All India quota, 10585 was the closing rank. BTech cut-off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

No it's not possible for you to get CS in any of the JEE MAINS college by this percentile. As you have not mentioned your category, I am considering you as a general candidate category.
