Yes you can pursue MBA IT after completing MBA in IT. MBA can open a wide range of opportunities in information technology. Some of them are as follows:-

There are many institutes in India where the candidate can take up this course. The candidate can get admission in these courses though entrance exam. If you want to work in your core field, it is better you get some experience from Manufacturing companies in Production/Maintenance/Design etc. You can consider Management Trainee positions in PSUs, large Manufacturing concerns or even medium sized industries and get the experience. Later, adding MBA qualification will help you to take up managerial positions like factory manager or COO of Manufacturing Units. As a fresher, if you do your MBA, then the major subject if it is marketing will help you to target Industrial products sales & marketing jobs. But for this, you can get a job even without MBA. I cant say about IILM University for CSE. I would advise you to choose best University on the basis of University ranking, placements, infrastructure, faculty members etc. B.Tech CSE is the most popular course among the students.
