Common Entrance Test or Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) score will not be considered for Bachelor of Technology admission at Nitte Mahalinga Adyanthaya Memorial Institute of Technology (NMAMIT). Hello Tarun Seella, admissions to engineering colleges are governed by the rules framed by the state in which these colleges are located. Some states accept ranking in JEE Mains examination while some conduct their own entrance exam. Tamil Nadu is perhaps the only state where admissions are given based on marks obtained in 12th standard. You must first access the website of the directorate of technical education of your state. In this you will be able to find how are admissions processed in your state. It will also have information about timelines of entrance examination and of course different eligibility conditions alongside quotas for different catagories if students.
