Computer Science is 3 years of Graduation course while B.Tech is 4 years of Graduation course after which you will get Engineer's Degree. B.Sc. CS will teach you about computer application but won't focus much on coding. So I would suggest you for B.Tech Computer Science. If you get selected for B.Tech in CS then undoubtedly you will be getting better course contents and deeper knowledge of Computer Science and its subjects. If you get admission in a good B.Tech college / university then you will be having a good platform to develop your technical skills and knowledge at State or National level; if you are capable enough. This is perhaps because you have forgotten to mention the name of the place where this college is located. In the options of this information it's very tough to answer your query since there are plenty of colleges across India with similar sounding names. However genericically speaking I can state that for the BTech in food technology the college will not what happens prescribe any cut off since the number of students who see admission in this particular branch or not too many compare with number of seats available on offer for admission.
