The Tamil Nadu Engineering Admissions TNEA process is used to place candidates at various engineering colleges throughout the state of Tamil Nadu. TNEA rank lists are used to offer admissions to candidates in undergraduate programs like Bachelors of Engineering (BE) and Bachelors of Technology (B.Tech) in colleges in Tamil Nadu. The TNEA written exam has been scrapped as the counselling is based on Class 12 marks, and therefore seats are allotted in the colleges through the TNEA rank list. as of 2021, the jee main crl for admission in cse is 274112 in first round and 272159 in 2nd round for general category. for mhtcet examinees, it is arounf 80.23 percentile.

from this year onwards, jmi has started taking admissions on the basis of jee main score. you can consider 25-30k for general, 40-50k for muslim students and 70-80k for muslim girl students.

the cutoff for btech in artificial intelligence and machine learning for general category male was 28230 and female was 67289
for ece it was 25305(male) and 50095(female).
