Hello Vinayak Velhal, NTA had announced cutoff percentile for all categories of students. Those who obtained this or more were eligible for admissions in NIT's ascwell as to appear for JEE Advanced. For the state's who admit students based on ranking in JEE Mains, there is no cutoff. Anyone with valid score can apply. Best wishes to you.

Frankly speaking, lateral admission will take you to graduation course but NIT what you desire. I would strongly advise you to approach deemed to be universities which offer such integrated courses.
