Hello Purva, yes you can definitely take admission for a course in dermatology after your graduation in cosmetics. But I am sure there would be enough subjects about dermatology during cosmetics. Right? Then where is the need to pursue another course? Best wishes to you.

Yes this is possible. The eligibility criteria of JEE Main for B.Tech admissions is given below. JEE Main eligibility 2021:
1. Candidates should have passed class 12 or qualifying the exam in 2019 or 2020 with Physics Mathematics
and anyone of Chemistry Biology Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject).
2. Candidates appearing in class 12 or equivalent qualifying exam in 2021 can also apply for JEE Main 2021.
3. The minimum aggregate marks requirement in 12th for getting admission in NITs, CFTIs and IITs : 75%
4. Number of attempts : Students can participate in the JEE Main for 3 consecutive years. The JEE Main 2021 exam will be condu

Keeping the employment options in consideration, B.Tech is the best. College placement, GATE IES UPSC Civil services, Banking and Private sectors etc. Are the major recruiters for B.Tech students. So please prepare for B.Tech through JEE Main and Advanced.
