I am afraid that route of distance education is not available since UGC has debarred all universities from offering any professional course under this mode. Yes, you can think of doing graduation part time. But for this you will need to search engineering colleges in your place if work and then find out as to which one is offering part time course. I can then assume that you are employed and hence can not devote full time for studies. Unfortunately such information is not readily available on the net. But in any case you can think of admission only in colleges located in a place where you are working. I would advise you to find out names and Tele numbers of all colleges and start ringing them to know which of them offer part time courses. This is perhaps the only way. Best wishes to you.

You can seek admission in COEP directly into second year by way of lateral admission process. You just need to download syllabus, have a look ATIT and then decide the pace at which you want to cover all topics. Yes,you can take admission in any engineering college after successfully completing your Diploma from any college.There are several Eligibility criteria :-A). Passed Diploma examination with at least 45% (40% marks in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in ANY branch of engineering and Technology.
B). Passed B.Sc. Degree from recognized University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks((40% marks in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) and passed 10+2 Examination with Mathematics as a subject.
