Hello Kamesh Yadav, it's very nice to hear from you that you are interested in going to USA for doing your undergraduate studies in CSE branch of engineering. USA & many another countries are in fact looking for indian students since in the past they have been found to be studious and their knowledge of English was reasonably good. In the case of B.Tech/ B.Arch programme, admission is done on the basis of JEE Main Paper I /JEE Main Paper II or NATA score, respectively. Similarly, for ME/ M.Arch, candidates must have a recent valid score of GATE. There is an entrance exam of Chandigarh university.
