Hello Rajat, it's very nice to SEE that you are interested in doing your graduation in engineering after completion of your graduation in arts. The basic eligibility for doing graduation in engineering is to have 12th with Science subjects. If you have done your graduation in arts after doing 12th with Science subjects then you are definitely eligible to pursue your dream of doing graduation in engineering. But if this is not the case then I am afraid you are chances of doing graduation in engineering or almost mil. But do not get disheartened.
