If you are good in Mathematics then go for CSE or ECE or IT
If you are good in Physics then go for Mechanical or EEE
If you are good in chemistry then go gor Chemical engineering.

The eligibility of AMIE is that you should have a diploma with a minimum aggregate of 45%.
The AMIE advantage is that it is considered equivalent to B.E/B.Tech. The government recently announced this.
So you don't have to worry about the jobs as you will get awesome jobs after you finish the correspondence. However, there is a disadvantage that the entrance exams which ask for 12th marks won't consider diploma students and so AMIE not eligible
But there are few of these. And definitely the courses are valuable as I have mentioned above you c
