You can contact college authorities regarding it. Nowadays college don't take original certificates. If they are not giving certificates, better to apply for duplicate ones from school. Not to go for legal action as it may take long time and other resources as time. Better to talk and find some way with college authorities.

You might get CSE, but I think you will get admission in 1st year. I don't know about BCA. But before applying to any college, first contact the college and get full information about it.

Both exams pattern and syllabus are totally different. So, it is not comparable. But in some way, B.Arch is easy.

In my suggestion, go with your interest. And, in current scenario CS and IT fields are most demanding fields. You could go for CS or IT.
