No, you can't take admission in B.Tech without having physics in your 10+2.
There are no branches of engineering without physics. You study the basic sciences like Physics and Chemistry and you are introduced to all streams of Engineering. You can expect to study Mathematics for a couple of Semesters at the minimum.

As you completed your 12th board exams you had to try for JEE MAINS in order to enter into IIT's or NIT's which are currently the best engineering colleges in India.

Hi,
For NIRMA Institute the cut-offs are generally above 90% and experience is also counted in years not just months. See the link below. To score within the 80 percentile on the CAT you'll need a scaled score of 91 (out of a maximum of 300). Candidates should have a minimum of Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university board. Candidates should also secure a minimum of 50-55% in their Bachelor's degree in order to be eligible for BLIS course.
