Hello Sanskriti,
Tolani is a very well known name in academic circles for their Marine engineering courses. They have also a very vibrant and dynamic placements cell. Invariably majority of the students get placed by the institute. I think you should not worry on this account at least at the moment seeing the trend in the cargo movement by ships today and in the coming years. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about different dates of the admission process of Tolani.

Hello Nityanand,
Of course, yes. In almost all the states, there is a system of admission in engineering colleges for Diploma holders as a special category called lateral admission. Here the Diploma holders are given admission directly into the second year of engineering. But the procedure is different for this in different states. In some States admission is based on the marks scored in the Diploma examination while in some others, a special entrance exam is conducted to determine the merit of the students. You will find all the information on the web page of directorate of technical education of your state.
Best wishes to you.

Your question is incomplete, please tell me what exactly you expected from us. However, if your daughter is completing class 12th this year than she have several options for engineering admissions like April-2019 JEE Main UPSEE and AMUEEE etc. Please ask to your daughter what she like to do.
