B Tech and B Arch are two different programs by principle and both have different admission procedure. So, you can't switch between these once we're accepted into one program. However, it's easy to switch branch or specialisation in B Tech program. You are advised to contact the administation office of the college in which you are interested.

BHU CUET cutoff is based on the candidate's performance in the CUET exam. BHU cutoff 2024 has been released for admission to UG courses, including BSc (Hons), B.Com and B.A. (Hons). Unfortunately, BHU does not offer any such specialisation for B.Sc in Biology. However, Banaras Hindu University does offer a B.Sc (Hons) Biology course that has high placement opportunities. The university has a dedicated placement cell that organizes placement programs for students, including those studying M.Sc Agronomy.
The eligibility criteria for B.Sc (Hons) Biology at BHU require candidates to appear for the CUET (UG) and opt for Section II: Physics, Chemistry, Biology for admission. The B.Sc (Hons) in Biology programme at BHU is a 3-year undergraduate course.
