You have not mentioned the course you have opted now and the course you want to change to. It is a simple no, if you want to jump say from B.Com to BCA or BBA or likes that's called a change of course. But, if you want to change your specialization within the course, say you opted for Accounts specialization in B.Com, but you wanted to do marketing then there is a procedure to get it change.
